qwertips provides a technology platform that facilitates voluntary digital tip payments and related hospitality payment experiences.

By making a payment through qwertips, users acknowledge and agree that tips are voluntary payments intended for hospitality staff or participating venues.

 

2. General Refund Policy

Tips sent through qwertips are voluntary payments and are generally non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully completed.

In certain situations, qwertips may review a refund request and make a decision solely at its own discretion

 

3. Refund Review

Refund requests may be reviewed in situations including, but not limited to:

  • duplicate transactions; 

  • technical payment processing errors; 

  • unauthorized or fraudulent transactions; 

  • incorrect payment amounts caused by a technical malfunction. 

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval or reimbursement.

qwertips reserves the right to request additional verification, supporting documentation, or any other information necessary to review the request.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • dissatisfaction with food, beverages, hospitality services, or venue experience; 

  • accidental or voluntary tipping decisions; 

  • change of mind after payment confirmation; 

  • disputes related to venue products or services; 

  • completed payouts already transferred to recipients. 

 

5. Timing of Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the transaction date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

 

6. Completed Payouts

Where funds have already been transferred to the intended recipient, qwertips may be unable to reverse or refund the transaction.

8. Venue Responsibility

qwertips acts solely as a technology platform facilitating payments between users and participating venues or staff.

qwertips is not responsible for:

  • food quality; 

  • hospitality services; 

  • venue operations; 

  • order fulfillment; 

  • customer service provided by venues. 

Any disputes regarding venue products or services must be resolved directly with the relevant venue.


9. Payment Processing

Payments made through qwertips may be processed by licensed third-party payment service providers.

qwertips does not operate as a bank, financial institution, or money transmission service.
